  • If I book the transfer, does the driver drop me off at the door of my accommodation?

    Yes, we drop you off at the address indicated in your reservation.

  • What are the KrakowShuttle Central Reservations&Emergency contact numbers?

    The KrakowShuttle Emergency Number is: +48 510 56 00 00 and it works 24H/7. That’s a mobile phone number so you can also send us SMS.

  • How do I locate my driver or vehicle?

    Once you have completed your on-line booking, you will automatically receive a screen confirmation together with an email giving you exact instructions for meeting your driver or vehicle. At the airport, our drivers wait for you at arrivals hall, holding a meet and greet card with a name written on booking form. Upon the return transfer, drivers are waiting outside the hotel.

  • Airport – What happens if I can not find my driver at the airport?

    If you have a problem with finding yoru driver please stay next to the information point and call or text our emergency number – we will contact the driver immediately and he will come to fing you at the airport.

  • I have lost my luggage; can you collect it for me later?

    All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your address. If you need any help with completing the airport’ documents or you don’t know details of your adress in Krakow (eg. postal code) you can always contact our number and we will be happy to help you.

  • I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?

    Please contact our emergency number and give us details of the transfer and the missing items. If we will find it, of course we will deliver them to you immediately. In some circumstances a charge may be applicable.

  • Do you offer discounted rates for children or babies?

    For the airport transfers, we don’t offer any discount for children or babies. However, for all our tours we offer discounted rates – please check our price lists.

  • Reservation – Can I change the date of my transfer?

    Yes, of course you can change details of your booking.

  • Reservation – Can I have a voucher or invoice?

    Your e-mail confirmation is your voucher. If you need an invoice for provided services please mention about it in your booking request and send us your invoicing details – our driver will give you the invoice upon the transfer.

  • The Transfer – How do I confirm my pick up time from the hotel?

    If you have a return transfer booked with us, pick up time will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. Please note that it is advised to get to the airport at least 2 hours before the departure, and gates are closed 40 minutes before the departure. You can always change your pick up time – call us or sens SMS on our emergency phone.

  • What currency are your rates in?

    All prices are quoted and charged in Polish Zloty. On our website, you can also find prices calculated in different currencies (EUR, GBP, USD).

  • Can I have the driver’s mobile number?

    Usually we don’t give driver’s contact numbers to the clients. In case of any problem you can always contact our emergency phone number and we will contact the driver immediately.

  • Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?

    All transfers offered by KrakowShuttle are direct, door-to-door.

  • Does the driver speak English?

    All KrakowShuttle drivers speak English, as well as all KrakowShuttle staff speak English.

  • Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?

    No, you will have a vehicle just for yourself and your fellow passengers.

  • Airport – How long will I have to wait at the airport? What about flight delays?

    Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport at the scheduled arrival time of your flight. We always monitor flight arrival times so in case of flight delay we will be still waiting for you.

  • I have lots of luggage, a mountain bike, electric wheel chair etc. Will there be room?

    Each passenger has an obligation to inform us of such items by email or fax and we will make the necessary arrangements. However extra charges may be applicable.

  • How long does the airport transfer take?

    Airport transfer from Krakow Balice Airport to Krakow City Center takes around 30-40 minutes.
    Transfer from Katowice Pyrzowice Airport to the City Center takes around 1,5 – 2 hours.
    Please note that transfer time depends from the traffic and road conditions.

  • How can I pay for my tour?

    For every tour, please pay directly the driver in cash on the day of the service. If you don’t want to carry money with you, please contact us and we will send you link for online payment.
    If you prefer to pay via credit card please inform about it our driver – you will stop at the our office to fulfill the payment.

  • What is a difference between shared and private tour?

    During the shared tour, you will be sharing the car with other people -there will be maximum 7 or 16 passengers in the vehicle. However, shared tour is also provided door to door, so our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel. If you book a private tour, our vehicle will be booked only for your party. Upon request, we can also arrange private guides for you and your fellows.
